Jerry first began his career as a 7th grade teacher in Haleiwa, Hawaii upon graduation from Milligan College in Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education and History.  He married his beautiful wife, Mitzi, and they both traveled there as newlyweds to teach.

After Hawaii, Jerry became the youth pastor at Abbeyville Road Christian Church in Lancaster, PA and then, five years later, served as an associate pastor at Delaware Valley Christian Church in Media, PA.  During the eight years Jerry held these positions, Jerry worked away at a Masters in Leadership Ministry. 

After ministry, Jerry became Director of Operations at a large organization dedicated to serving college students and, shortly thereafter, became President of the Barnabas Project.  Now, evolving from those many experiences, Jerry trains organizations and businesses internationally focusing on the many "soft skills" that are needed in the business world today.
